The hike on the first day in 2018 with summer temperatures started in Walenstadt. I wanted to take advantage of the early hours at the lake and makesome nice pictures.

The way up to Alp Schrina followed which starts a little bit boring with a forrest street but then becomes more and more interesting.

 

Up there it was clear that I had to make a short visit to Paxmal.

Then the mountain trail (blue white) starts going up the rocks towards Alp Tschingla.

 

A beautiful panormaic view is the reward for the way up.
